Introduction
Laser marking on golf clubs makes your gear truly stand out.
With clean and precise laser marking, you can add custom star patterns, initials, or decorative details that reflect personality and style. Whether you are marking your own favorite club or creating a unique set for someone special, this project adds a personal edge to the game.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to position stainless steel golf clubs, import the marking file, set the correct focus, frame the design, and complete a personalized golf club marking project with Aurora Lite.
Before your work begins
Operational Process
Prepare & Position the Golf Club
Place the stainless steel golf club on the laser bed and make sure the marking area is stable.
Because a golf club has a curved and uneven surface, secure it carefully before processing. A stable setup helps keep the laser marking area aligned and prevents the design from shifting during the job.
Import & Adjust the Marking File
Load your design into LightBurn software, then adjust the size and position to fit the stainless steel golf club.
This project uses both a laser marking layer and a laser cleaning layer. The cleaning layer helps create white contrast, and the two layers use different parameters, so check all settings carefully before starting.
Set the Correct Laser Focus
Missing the focus is one of the biggest reasons for laser marking failure. Make sure the stainless steel golf club surface is properly focused before processing.
You can use auto focus or manual focus. When two red dots are visible on the golf club surface, it is out of focus. When the two light dots overlap each other, the surface is in focus.
Frame the Design & Start Laser Marking
Press the frame button and check whether the red light indicates the correct marking area. The frame should be located in the middle of the stainless steel golf club marking area.
If the frame is not aligned, adjust the design position until it fits correctly. After checking, close the laser door and begin the Aurora Lite laser marking process.
Post Processing
Stay near the machine during operation and monitor for unusual sounds or alarms. Avoid looking directly at the laser beam for too long, even when protective measures are in place.
Once laser marking is complete, let the golf club cool down for a while. Then remove it from the laser machine and clean the surface gently. The personalized stainless steel golf club is ready to use after simple cleaning.
Come and Try!
Perfect for golf lovers, tournament organizers, thoughtful gift-givers, or sports accessory brands, laser marking golf clubs is a simple way to add personality and lasting detail to every swing.
From sleek initials to playful star patterns, laser marking gives stainless steel golf clubs a personal edge and makes them ready to impress on or off the green.
