Before your work begins
Clean the lens and mirrors
Check the laser head and nozzle for dust or buildup
Ensure ventilation and air assist are working properly

Operational Process
STEP01
Prepare & Position the Tissue Box
Place the pearwood tissue box on the laser bed and make sure the engraving surface is clean and stable.
Secure the tissue box if needed so it does not shift during engraving. A stable position helps keep the pattern or text clear and properly aligned.
STEP02
Import & Adjust the Design File
Import the wooden tissue box design file into LightBurn, then adjust the size, position, and engraving settings according to the tissue box surface.
Check that the pattern or text is placed within the desired engraving area before starting the laser job.
STEP03
Set the Correct Laser Focus
Accurate focusing is important for clean engraving on wood.
If your machine has auto focus, use it for quick setup. For manual focusing, lower the laser head with the focus stick until it touches the wood surface at the correct angle.
STEP04
Frame the Design and Start Laser Engraving
Use the Frame function to check the engraving area and confirm that the design stays within the tissue box surface.
Once everything is aligned, start the laser engraving job. Stay near the machine and monitor the process to ensure the engraved details remain clean and even.
STEP05
Complete the Task
After engraving, remove the tissue box from the laser bed and check whether the engraved pattern or text is clear.
Gently wipe away any dust or residue if needed. Your personalized wooden tissue box is now ready to use in your home, office, or bathroom.
