Operational Process
STEP01
Prepare & Position the Material
Place the cork coaster flat on the laser honeycomb bed. A flat surface helps the engraving stay clear, even, and consistent.
Make sure the coaster stays stable during engraving. Use pins or magnets if needed to prevent movement and keep the design aligned.
STEP02
Import & Adjust the Design File
Import the custom cork coaster design into LightBurn and check whether your coaster size is large enough for the engraving area.

STEP03
Set the Correct Laser Focus

Start Engraving
