On June 28, 2017, accompanied by Ken, Vice General Manager of Thunder Laser, Professor Ito from Tokyo University and his team visited Thunder Laser for a study and exchange. The visit provided an opportunity for both sides to learn more about laser STEAM education, company development, product quality control, and future cooperation opportunities.
As an early advocate of laser STEAM education, Thunder Laser has continued to stay true to its original mission. The company actively cooperates with and learns from outstanding STEAM education teams in China and overseas, with the goal of improving its educational solutions, technical capabilities, and customer experience.
Learning More About Thunder Laser
During the visit, Ken showed Professor Ito and his team around the company and introduced Thunder Laser’s development history and business activities in detail. This helped the visitors gain a better understanding of Thunder Laser while also opening the door for further discussion about potential cooperation.

Each sample reflected practical applications of laser technology and demonstrated how creative ideas can be transformed into physical products through laser processing.
Among the displayed samples, the homemade AR gun attracted attention as an example of how laser technology can support creative design, hands-on learning, and STEAM education projects.
Visiting the Hardware R&D Department
Later, Ken led Professor Ito and his team to visit Thunder Laser’s hardware R&D department. Since the company’s establishment, Thunder Laser has maintained strict control over product quality and has remained committed to improving efficiency, reliability, and customer value.

The visit included discussions on key machine components, hardware research and development, production processes, and laser tube testing.
Exchange in Laser STEAM Education and Technology
