Thunder Laser Attended the T-REX Trade Exhibition in Ukraine 2017

2015-08-18

On August 18, 2015, King Chen, General Manager of Thunder Laser, visited Beijing Reci Laser Technology Co., Ltd. together with Thunder Laser staff. The visit focused on learning more about Reci’s laser tube production, technology updates, and production management system.

Reci General Manager Miss Lu showed the Thunder Laser team around the laser tube production line and shared information about Reci’s changes in technology and market feedback. This helped Thunder Laser better understand Reci’s development direction and technology progress.

Visiting Reci’s Production Workshops

Accompanied by Miss Lu, the Thunder Laser team visited several production areas, including the hardware and milling workshop, tube firing workshop, lens coating workshop, SMD encapsulation workshop, and tube inflating workshop.

According to Miss Lu, after Reci’s factory relocation and upgrade the previous year, the company had established a stronger production management system, basically completed its production line transformation, and formed a stable and skilled technician team.

Learning About Reci’s Technology Development

During the visit, Miss Lu presented production and sales data analysis from March. The data was used to explain that Reci’s third-generation production processes and technologies had become stable after years of accumulation by Chairman Xu Haijun and Reci’s R&D team.

Based on this development, Reci’s second-generation products, including metal adjusting tubes, were being gradually withdrawn from the market. Reci planned to focus on producing third-generation metal and glass seamless welding laser tubes.

Shared Focus on Research, Quality, and User Experience

Reci’s development reflected the importance of technology and continuous improvement in manufacturing. For Thunder Laser, the visit also reinforced the value of research, innovation, production management, and quality control in the laser industry.

Thunder Laser continues to focus on nonmetal laser cutting machines, user experience, and reliable product quality, with the goal of providing better laser machines for customers.
