Thunder Laser launches the Nova Pro Series — a faster, easier-to-use and more user-friendly RF CO₂ laser cutter, raising maximum engraving speed to 2,000 mm/s and adding maintenance features drawn from the Titan Series.
DONGGUAN, China — November 1, 2026 — Thunder Laser today introduced the Nova Pro Series, a three-model range of RF CO₂ laser cutting and engraving machines developed in response to feedback from Nova Plus owners. The improvements focus on what owners asked for most: faster engraving, fewer external devices to install and easier routine maintenance.

The Nova Pro Series — Nova Pro 35, Nova Pro 51 and Nova Pro 63, sharing one platform in three working areas.
The feedback came from everyday production needs. Workshops wanted faster engraving for detailed designs, simpler installation without separate exhaust and air units, easier access to optics for cleaning and replacement, and a machine that could keep pace with growing order volumes. Nova Pro brings those requests together in one platform.
“We put a great deal of care into developing Nova Pro,” said the Thunder Laser management team. “We revisited the Nova Plus platform and refined its design around what customers told us would make their work easier. Maximum engraving speed increases from 1,200 mm/s to 2,000 mm/s, and acceleration rises from 2.5G to 4G. We also brought selected features from our Titan industrial laser series into Nova Pro, including quick-release optics and Y-axis bellows protection, alongside an integrated air and exhaust system and a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen. These are practical improvements to a platform our customers already know and trust.”

Faster, Easier to Use, Easier to Maintain
Three areas of improvement define Nova Pro: higher engraving performance, simpler everyday operation and more convenient maintenance.
Faster
- Maximum engraving speed of 2,000 mm/s, up from 1,200 mm/s on the Nova Plus Series—an increase of approximately 67%.
- 4G acceleration (40,000 mm/s²), up from 2.5G—a 60% increase, helping the laser head reach its working speed more quickly during frequent changes in direction.
- Greater production potential for applications such as signage, layered decorations, leather patches and relief engraving, with actual time savings depending on the design, material and settings.
- RF CO₂ cutting capability, with a maximum cutting speed of 300 mm/s, 60W standard on Nova Pro 35 and 51, and 80W standard on Nova Pro 63.
- Precise, repeatable motion, supported by 0.01 mm repeat positioning accuracy and an X-axis AC servo system.

Easier to use

Integrated exhaust fan and air pump, dual-channel air assist, a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen and a safety enclosure — all on board.
- Built-in exhaust fan and air pump reduce the need to purchase, install and accommodate separate external units.
- Dual-channel air assist with a digital airflow display makes it easier to monitor and adjust airflow for cutting and engraving.
- Front and rear pass-through doors accommodate longer materials that extend beyond the enclosed working area.
- An upgraded 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, touch autofocus and a built-in 5 MP camera support job preview, focusing and positioning.
- Four available focal lengths—1.5", 2.0", 2.5" and 4.0" provide flexibility for tasks ranging from fine engraving to cutting thicker materials.

Four interchangeable focal lengths — 1.5", 2.0", 2.5" and 4.0" — cover everything from fine engraving to thicker materials.
Easier to maintain
- Quick-release reflector provides easier access for cleaning, inspection and replacement.
- Quick-release laser head simplifies routine maintenance and component changes.
- Y-axis bellows covers help protect motion components from dust and debris during daily production.

Built for the Work That Pays
Nova Pro is designed for the applications that keep commercial workshops busy: signage and displays, layered cutting and decorations, leather and hat patches, wood accessories, tray engraving, dual-color engraving, 3D and relief engraving, and personalized products.
From one-off custom pieces to repeat batch orders, the series combines RF CO₂ processing with a choice of working areas to suit different products and production volumes.
