Operational Process
STEP01
Prepare & Position the Plywood
Prepare the 3mm plywood and place it flat on the laser working table.

STEP02
Import & Adjust the Design File
Draw or prepare the mining truck model design file in CorelDraw, then switch to the laser software using the laser plug-in.
Set the proper cutting parameters in the laser software, then click Download to transfer the design to your laser cutting machine.

After focusing, press Origin on the control panel to set the starting position. Accurate focusing helps achieve cleaner plywood cutting results.
STEP04
Frame the Design ＆ Start Laser Cutting
Use the Frame function to check the cutting area and confirm that the mining truck model design stays within the plywood sheet.
Once everything is aligned, press Start to begin laser cutting. Stay near the machine and monitor the cutting process carefully.
STEP05
Post Processing
After cutting, collect all the plywood pieces and check that each part has been cut cleanly.
