Operational Process
STEP01
Prepare & Position the Plywood

Import & Adjust the Design File

After focusing, press Origin on the control panel to set the starting position. Accurate focusing helps achieve cleaner plywood cutting results.
STEP04
Frame the Design ＆ Start Laser Cutting
Use the Frame function to check the cutting area and confirm that the jeep model design stays within the plywood sheet.
Once everything is aligned, press Start to begin laser cutting. Stay near the machine and monitor the cutting process carefully.
STEP05
Post Processing
After cutting, collect all the plywood pieces and check that each part has been cut cleanly.
Assemble the wooden jeep model by hand and use glue to secure the parts where needed. The assembly may take some time, but the finished model is a fun and detailed handmade vehicle craft.
