Before your work begins

Check the laser head and nozzle for dust or buildup
Use strong air assist when cutting plywood

Operational Process

STEP01

Prepare & Position the Plywood

Prepare the 3mm plywood and place it flat on the laser working table.


Keep the plywood stable before cutting. The design should also be adjusted according to the actual type and size of the material before processing.

Import & Adjust the Design File

Draw or prepare the wooden music box design file in CorelDraw, then switch to the laser software using the laser plug-in.


Set the proper cutting and engraving parameters in the laser software, then click Download to transfer the design to your laser cutting machine.

Set the Correct Laser Focus

Move the laser head to the correct starting position and adjust the focal distance before cutting or engraving.


After focusing, press Origin on the control panel to set the starting position. Accurate focusing helps achieve cleaner engraving details and plywood cutting results.

STEP04

Frame the Design & Start Laser Cutting

Use the Frame function to check the processing area and confirm that the music box design stays within the plywood sheet.


Once everything is aligned, press Start to begin laser cutting and engraving. Stay near the machine and monitor the process carefully.

STEP05

Post Processing

After cutting, take out the music box parts and check that each plywood piece has been cut cleanly.
