Before Thunder Laser, we started with an xTool, which served as a good entry-level device. Looking back, I sincerely wish we had chosen Thunder Laser from the very beginning. The xTool was limited in both functionality and speed. Thunder Laser, however, provided stronger power, higher efficiency, and broader versatility right from the start.

Previously, it would take us anywhere from 2 to 3 hours to engrave and cut a full badge. After switching to the Thunder Laser Bolt Pro 32, we can now complete that same job in less than half the time! The engraving quality is also remarkably more refined and detailed compared to what we achieved with our previous machine. This upgrade has led to more positive feedback from our customers about the quality of their badges, and we've even found ourselves with extra time to produce badges for other hat makers. During our busy seasons, we used to get backed up for 2, 3, or even 4 weeks with orders, primarily due to the limitations of our previous laser machine. Another aspect that has been a complete surprise, in the best way, is the RF tube. Many people warned us that glass tubes were superior for cutting, but the RF tube in our Bolt Pro 32 has handled leather, leatherette, acrylic, and wood with quick and clean precision, without any issues at all. It's truly exceeded our expectations.
