02—How power affects the engraving quality

As we know, laser engraving effect depends on many factors of many aspects such as power, speed, air assist, focal distance, engraving interval, etc. And they have different influences for laser engraving. Why should we introduce power setting as the first factor? Is there connections between power settings and the energy? How does the changes of power influence engraving result?
Generally speaking, power is the first parameter we set before engraving. Different power settings give different engraving result. According to our testing, we can draw a conclusion: the higher power, the more energy emits and the deeper the engraving; the lower power, the less energy and the lighter the engraving effect is.
