On July 25, 2015, SGS visited Thunder Laser to conduct an EMC safety test on the company’s new laser system. As an inspection, verification, testing, and certification company, SGS provided testing support as Thunder Laser continued to promote its CE testing process.
To prepare for the test, Thunder Laser Technical Manager Tom and the engineering team set up a temporary laboratory in the factory. The test focused on three important areas: anti-interference performance, laser working radiation index, and internal AC transmission index.
Three EMC Tests Successfully Completed
With the cooperation of SGS engineers and Thunder Laser technical staff, the new Thunder Laser system successfully passed the three EMC tests. The testing process was an important step in verifying the system’s EMC performance and supporting the company’s product safety and compliance work.
The EMC test covered anti-interference performance, laser working radiation index, and internal AC transmission index, helping Thunder Laser evaluate the system’s safety-related performance.
Supporting Quality Control and Long-Term Reliability
This EMC testing was meaningful for Thunder Laser because it reflected the company’s focus on product safety, system stability, and international market requirements. Every Thunder Laser machine must go through strict quality control before being shipped to customers.
Thunder Laser continues to believe that reliable quality is essential for long-term business development. By working through testing and quality control procedures, the company aims to provide customers with safer and more dependable laser systems.
