From December 26 to 28, 2017, the 73rd China Education Equipment Exhibition was held at the Guangzhou Pazhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition, which has been held since 1980, has developed into an important platform for China’s education equipment industry.
At this exhibition, Thunder Laser presented its laser STEAM maker education solutions, showing how laser cutting and engraving technology can support creative learning, hands-on practice, and maker education for schools and educational institutions.
Bringing Laser STEAM Maker Education to the Exhibition
In recent years, maker education has become an important educational model for primary and secondary schools. It helps diversify classroom learning, encourages students to explore creativity, and improves their ability to turn ideas into real projects.
Thunder Laser has continued to explore the combination of laser cutting and engraving technology with STEAM education. By integrating laser systems into maker education, Thunder Laser aims to provide schools and educational institutions with practical solutions for creative teaching and hands-on learning.
On-Site Laser Experience for Students and Educators
During the exhibition, Thunder Laser attracted attention from students, teachers, and education professionals. Visitors experienced the speed, performance, efficiency, and safety of Thunder Laser machines, while also seeing how laser technology can bring creative ideas into physical form.
Creative works displayed at the booth helped visitors understand the role of laser systems in maker education. These works combined elements such as electronics, machinery, culture, design, and hands-on practice, allowing students to learn through making and discover interest through creative exploration.
Complete Laser STEAM Education Solutions
At the exhibition, Thunder Laser introduced complete laser STEAM maker education solutions that combined laser equipment, course content, application guidance, and teacher training support. This approach connects science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics with laser cutting and engraving practice.
Through hands-on experience, students can develop innovative awareness, design thinking, curiosity, active exploration, cooperation, and problem-solving ability. Laser-based maker projects also help improve students’ practical skills and cognitive development in a more engaging classroom environment.
LaserMaker Software for STEAM Education
Thunder Laser also highlighted LaserMaker software, a user-friendly laser software designed for customized maker education. Together with supporting tutorials and teacher training, LaserMaker helps teachers and students get started with laser creative projects more easily.
As STEAM education and maker education continue to develop, schools and educators need practical tools that can support both teaching and student creativity. Thunder Laser hopes to provide convenient laser education solutions that help students transform ideas into works with limited time and cost.
Thunder Laser will continue to support STEAM education, maker education, and creative learning by providing laser equipment, software, tutorials, and practical education solutions for schools, teachers, students, and makers.
