Operational Process
STEP01
Prepare & Position the Material
For better laser marking results, place the flip flops as flat as possible on the laser bed. A flat surface helps the engraving stay clear and consistent.
Make sure the engraving area is stable and properly positioned before starting, so the design does not shift during the laser job.
STEP02
Import & Adjust the Design File
Import the flip flops design into LightBurn and check whether your strap size is large enough for the engraving area.
Double-check the layout and decide whether you want to add or remove any design elements. Make sure the engraving parameters are set correctly before starting.
STEP03
Set the Correct Laser Focus
