Operational Process

STEP01

Prepare & Position the Material

Prepare the kraft paper bag and place it flat on the laser bed. Make sure the surface to be engraved is smooth and positioned evenly.

Secure the paper bag if needed to prevent movement during engraving. Keep the bag as flat as possible so the engraved text and category labels remain clear.

Set the Correct Laser Focus

Proper focusing helps create a cleaner engraving result on kraft paper. If needed, use the recommended defocusing distance to reduce harsh burning and create a smoother mark.

Keep the paper bag flat during focusing and processing so the laser distance remains consistent across the engraved area.

Start Engraving

Use the Frame function to check the engraving area and confirm that the design is correctly positioned on the kraft paper bag.

Once everything is aligned, start the laser engraving job. Stay near the machine and monitor the process carefully because paper materials are sensitive to heat.
