Operational Process
STEP01
Prepare & Position the Material

Secure the plywood with pins or magnets to prevent movement during the laser job. A stable board helps keep all basket parts accurate and easy to assemble.
STEP02
Import & Adjust the Design File
Import the Easter egg basket design into LightBurn and check every part carefully. Since the basket has many pieces, make sure no part is missing before starting.
Check that the cutting parameters and laser compensation are set correctly. If the minimum power is too low, the corners may not cut through; if it is too high, the corners may look rough.
STEP03
Set the Correct Laser Focus
Accurate focusing is important for achieving clean cutting edges on plywood. If your machine has auto focus, use it for quick setup. For manual focusing, lower the laser head with the focus stick until it touches the plywood surface at the correct angle.
STEP04
Start Cutting

Once everything is aligned, start the laser job. Stay near the machine while it’s running and monitor the cutting progress carefully.
STEP05
Post Processing
When the plywood cutting is complete, carefully remove all basket parts from the laser bed.
