Material Needed

A piece of pine wood board
LED strip light
a tube of glue

Settings

Cutting Speed: 6mm/s
Cutting Power: 90%
DPI: 335DPI

Step 1

Import the file into LightBurn, adjust the size, position, and settings. Check out to ensure everything is in order.

Step 2

Once everything is set, click ‘Print’ to initiate your laser machine’s operation.

Step 3

Apply glue to six small wooden blocks and affix them evenly to one of the boards, securing their positions around the letter shape.

Step 4

Take out the linear LED lights, apply glue next to the small wooden blocks, wrap them around the interior of the letter shape, and secure their positions.

Step 5

Once the LED lights are attached, apply glue to the other end of the small wooden blocks and affix the other wooden board. The letter light is now complete.
